MinKu Coconut Cooking Oil is produced using the RBD (Refined, Bleached, Deodorized) process which produces clearer and odorless coconut cooking oil.
This product contains triglyceride compounds which are composed of 90% saturated fatty acids. Triglycerides are the lipid components that are most abundant in nature, and are non-volatile.
The saturated fat chains in coconut oil do not increase bad cholesterol levels in the blood but increase good cholesterol levels.
MinKu coconut cooking oil is a substitute for refined oils and fats. It can be used for cooking and baking as a substitute for margarine or butter without changing its quality and can be used up to 6 times.
